DebtHub for Buyers
Buyer path on DebtHub: qualification, diligence, bidding, boarding, and 90-day buyback. Triton Financial Solutions.
The buyer path is for licensed operators with capital, insurance, and a compliance program. You do not receive a public spreadsheet of consumers.
Steps
- Qualification (licenses, E&O, data security, buying criteria).
- Confidentiality, then a redacted waterfall or sample tape.
- Bid as percent of face or bps. Specialty paper is often bps; cards and auto more often percent of face.
- PSA, funding, boarding.
- Warranty claims through post-sale support within the contract window (typically 90 days).
Underwriting context (not a live bid book)
An anonymized historical servicing set of specialty/payday-style paper (2011–2014 purchases) showed gross liquidation of face often between about 6% and 21%, median near 11%. Cash-on-cash looked large when purchase prices were tiny. That is not a 2026 model. State law, Regulation F operating cost, and competition on fresher credit-card paper all changed the math.
