Use this page to start a sale with Triton’s desk. Tell us the asset class, face, vintage, account count, and whether this is a one-time sale or a forward-flow opportunity. We do not post live lots. Files move under NDA to qualified buyers only.
Submitting a portfolio is not a public listing. You send a confidential snapshot. The desk decides whether the file is ready to market, what media is missing, and which qualified buyers should see it under NDA.
Asset class, approximate face, average or range year of the debt, number of accounts, and one-time vs forward flow. No consumer names on this form.
We reply, usually within one business day, with fit, questions, and whether a data tape or media sample is the next step.
Qualified buyers execute NDA before they receive a tape. We do not broadcast account-level files on the open web.

This form is for institutional sellers — banks, finance companies, fintechs, and other holders of charged-off receivables. We do not buy consumer-submitted personal debts or handle “stop calling me” requests.
Required: name, company, work email, phone, and a short message. Optional fields help us match buyers faster.
No. Submit the snapshot first. Collections-only files can often start with a tape. If buyers will litigate, we will ask for media before a full launch.
No. DebtMarket does not post consumer account lists. Inventory is shown to qualified buyers under NDA after desk review.
A one-time (spot) sale is a defined pool. Forward flow is a recurring sale of future charge-offs under eligibility and pricing terms. Choose either on the form if you are open to both.
Complete files typically close in 14–45 days after buyer match, depending on diligence, PSA, and cutoff. Incomplete media or title gaps add time.
