Questions this page answers

What size file do you take?

We typically review pools from about $100,000 face. Smaller files are case by case.

Do you list my accounts publicly?

No. Intake is confidential. Buyers see files under NDA after they qualify.

How long to close?

14–45 days is the working range once the tape and title are complete. Incomplete media stretches that.

Spot or forward flow?

First sales are usually spot. Recurring charge-offs can move to flow after one clean close.

What do you need in the first email?

Asset class, approximate face, vintage, account count, one-time vs flow. Use submit a portfolio.

Do I need 100% media?

You need an honest media percent and a sample. Buyers bid gaps; they do not ignore them.

Who pays Triton?

Deal economics are in the engagement and the PSA. Ask the desk before you shop a number internally.

Can I cap which buyers see the tape?

Yes. Closed auctions and buyer-exclusion lists are ordinary. Say it on intake.

What if chain of title has a gap?

Fix it before marketing if you can. If you cannot, disclose it. Undisclosed gaps kill bids after they look won.

When does the warranty start?

Usually at cut-off. Confirm the PSA. Claims go through post-sale support.
