Seller Operating Checklist
Checklist for creditors selling charged-off debt through DebtHub: snapshot fields, media inventory, chain of title, spot vs flow, and close timeline.
DebtHub · Seller tools
A complete snapshot gets a faster match. An incomplete one gets questions, not bids.
Snapshot (day one)
- Asset class and original product.
- Face value and account count.
- Charge-off vintage (range or average year).
- One-time vs forward flow.
- Work email and a phone the desk can reach.
Before buyers see a tape
- Chain of title assembled.
- Media percent estimated honestly.
- Known ineligibles tagged (BK, deceased, PIF) if you have them.
- NDA path agreed.
Close
- PSA, cut-off, wiring instructions.
- Warranty exhibit if you are offering one.
- A single seller contact for Q&A so the bid does not stall.
Questions this page answers
What if I only have a summary, not a tape?
Send the snapshot. Do not invent account-level fields. We will tell you if the file can be marketed.
Who should be the single contact?
Someone who can answer title and media questions the same day. Legal-only contacts slow bids.
Do I need a warranty?
Most Triton sales include a limited 90-day window. If you cannot offer one, say so on intake.
