Questions this page answers
Who can apply as a buyer?
Apply as an operating company with a buying box. RMAI or ACA membership is a plus, not required. The desk confirms the company is operational and has a reputation sellers will accept.
When do I see the tape?
After qualification and the mutual NDA. First a redacted waterfall or sample; then the working file if you remain in diligence.
What does a bid look like?
Percent of face or bps. Name the unit. Include capacity and any media conditions.
Is this a live auction board?
No. Files are matched under NDA. There is no public lot list of consumers.
What is the warranty?
Typically 90 days from cut-off for deceased, paid-prior, and ineligible accounts as the PSA defines. Use post-sale support.
How large a file can I bid?
Say your monthly capacity in the buying box. A bid without capacity is not a bid we can take to a seller.
Do you finance purchases?
No. You fund on the PSA calendar. If you need a partner, name them before diligence, not at wiring.
Where is the NDA?
HelloSign after qualification. The desk sends the link.
Can I see medical PHI in the web form?
No. Medical files stay in the controlled tape. Do not put PHI in a contact form.
How do I claim a buyback?
Use the post-sale support page with the PSA exhibit. Side emails without an account list stall the 90-day clock.
