Buyers forgive a thin archive if you tell the truth. They do not forgive a surprise gap after they bid.

  1. Send asset class, face, vintage, and count in the first note. We cannot match a mystery.
  2. Do not email SSNs to start the conversation.
  3. Estimate media percent with a sample, not a slogan.
  4. Scan the assignment chain before the NDA goes out.
  5. Name one human who answers title questions the same day.
  6. Pick spot or flow on purpose. First sales are usually spot.
  7. Do not shop the same tape to five desks. Buyers notice.
  8. Put the warranty exhibit in the PSA, then use post-sale support.
